Silvia Nutu, RN, BSN, grew up in an Adult Family Home founded by her Romanian immigrant parents. Immersed in daily caregiving from an early age, she learned that compassionate senior care is rooted in deep family values, unconditional respect, and attentive human presence.
In 2005, Silvia graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Northwest University Buntain School of Nursing. She went on to build more than 20 years of clinical experience in hospital critical care nursing, Adult Family Home nurse delegation, and staff mentorship.
After founding Felicity Senior Care and expanding to Maltby Manor in Snohomish, Silvia created an intimate residential environment where clinical vigilance meets genuine warmth. Her philosophy ensures complex health needs are expertly managed so sons, daughters, and spouses can let go of caregiving strain and simply return to being family.
