Under Washington State law for Adult Family Homes, including RCW 70.129 (Long-Term Care Resident Rights) and WAC 388-76, residents retain uncompromised rights to personal and medical privacy.

These statutory protections mandate that all medical treatment, nursing evaluations, personal care services, and written or electronic resident records remain strictly confidential. Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and clinical assessments, is conducted behind closed doors with personal modesty and dignity prioritized at all times.

Privacy Officer Contact & Formal Complaints

If you have any questions about our privacy policies, believe your privacy rights have been violated, or need assistance accessing care records, you may contact our Registered Nurse Owner directly. Residents will never experience retaliation or discrimination for inquiring about their records or filing a complaint.
